Frequently Asked Questions: Tables
Posted by: Sarah Lawen Smith Aug 09, 2025

Tables are a foundational item for nearly every event. They hold our food, our decor, our plates, our goody bags, our products, our equipment, and more! With tables being one of our most rented items, it comes at no surprise that some of the same questions pop up again and again, so let’s get into some of your most frequently asked questions so you can make your order with confidence!

What shapes and sizes do you have?

We have tables available in many shapes and sizes! Our rectangle tables come in 6 foot and 8 foot lengths, both banquet width (30 inches) and classroom width (18 inches). Round tables come in 36, 48, 60, and 72 inch diameters, and our adjustable hightop/bistro tables are available in both 30 inch round and 32 inch square. We also have 32 inch square card tables and 60 inch radius serpentine tables.

How tall are your tables?

Most of our tables are the standard 30 inches in height, the perfect height for seating, but our adjustable hightop/bistro tables have settings at 30, 36, and 42 inches tall.

Do they fold in half?

While all our tables have folding legs for ease of transport, the tabletops themselves do not fold in half. We want our tables to be as strong and reliable as possible so they can hold whatever you put on them, and we find that a central seam can become a weak point, reducing the table’s overall weight capacity.

What are the tabletops made of?

The majority of our tabletops are made of a strong lacquered plywood with vinyl or aluminum edging. These tops are built to be strong, long lasting, and resistant to chips and dents. Additionally, we have resin tabletops available in some sizes for a lighter-weight option.

How many people do they seat, and what size tablecloth do I need?

This post looks in depth at each table size, including how many seats fit at each table, how much space each table requires, and what size tablecloth fits each table.

Will the tables fit in my vehicle?

A pickup truck bed is generally large enough to fit small quantities of every size table we offer. For large enclosed vehicles like SUVs and minivans, previous clients have had success fitting smaller round tables and card tables with ease, and even 6 foot rectangular tables with the back seats folded down. Have a smaller car like a sedan? Card and bistro tables will typically fit in the back seat or trunk. If you are not sure if a table will fit, we will happily help you measure your trunk space, and our warehouse crew is excellent at finding the most efficient way to fit everything in your vehicle.

I ordered delivery. How will the tables be left onsite?

When our drivers arrive at your venue and you show them where the tables belong, they will stack the tables neatly against a wall unless otherwise arranged. Table dollies can be left onsite upon request. If you requested setup at the time of booking, our staff will set up your tables for you according to a printed floorplan or your verbal direction. Please note that setup and breakdown are an additional service requiring additional time in our schedule to complete. Therefore, this service must be booked before delivery and cannot be added day-of.

How should the tables be left for pickup?

If you requested equipment breakdown at the time of booking, simply strip the tables of all dishes, linens, and decor and leave them standing where they are. Our team will break them down and haul them off for you. If you did not book this service, please break them down and stack them against a wall or onto table dollies as they were delivered to you.

What about kids’ tables

We have them! Our kids’ tables come in 48 inch round and 6 foot rectangle, and they are the perfect height for toddlers and young kids at 21 inches tall. Each of these tables can comfortably seat 8 kids. Speaking of seating, we have chairs for the kids too!
