This gorgeous 27 inch brushed stainless steel American Chocolate Fountain will hold up to 10 lbs of chocolate and is constructed of 304 food grade stainless steel. Set up takes only minutes and operation could not be easier. The heavy duty fountain tempers chocolate at an ideal temperature (approx 105-110°F). The precision stainless steel auger recirculates the warm chocolate up through the fountain and back down over the stainless steel tiers.
