  About Us
  • Decide on a budget for the flowers or decorations. A good place to start is 10% of the cost of the event. Adjustments can be made from that point.

  • Have a planner, professional or friend, on site to be sure everything is complete. Sometimes the coordinator is needed to greet the guests and make them feel welcome.

  • It helps to have a few people with a “heads up” to start the buffet, start a toast, lead the dance line, etc…. This is if you have a shy crowd and no one wants to lead.

  • Assign someone to pin on the personal flowers from a prepared list. This should be someone that knows who the dignitaries are. (Maybe a spouse at the rehearsal dinner.)
